Coming from a sporting background founded through competing in gymnastics, tumbling, athletics and judo before more recently focusing on cycling and tennis, its clear that Kat has developed a love for movement.
This love then stemmed into a career as a Physiotherapist, that has seen Kat gain experience both interstate and overseas, including traveling as far as Varese in Italy to attend the 'Science of Cycling' at the AIS European Training Centre.
Using a combination of manual therapy techniques, dry needling and specific exercise prescription, Kat works passionately with her patients to keep them doing what they love.
In 2016, Kat also attended the Medicine of Cycling conference in Colorado after a brief holiday cycling through Europe.

"I love exercise and movement but was fed up with people getting hurt/injured doing what they love so I ensure my practice involves a holistic approach to all injuries and presentations that involves movement and motor pattern screening allowing identification of injury risks prior to them becoming an issue and the prescription of a self management program to address all identified areas needing attention."
